We are on a mission to build the future of payments for the last, and one of the largest, undigitised corners of the economy: business payments. Business payments (largely invoiced) are 2.5x ecommerce in value - yet senders and payers struggle with expensive, complicated systems that don’t help them get paid faster. We are building the best way to get bills paid - for senders and payers - and we’re not stopping there…

💼 Shared ownership Everyone owns a share of the company - no exceptions.
👶🏼 Gender-neutral parental leave 16 weeks’ leave at 80% salary when you become a parent, regardless of gender, location or situation (or greater, if supported by local law). While this is good for a startup, we want to do much more and will be improving this policy as we grow.

💻 Equipment It is important to have the best tools for the job. We will provide you with a high end Macbook and iPhone, and will update them regularly. We use all the best modern tools - and if you find an even more efficient way of doing something, we’ll adopt it.
